Well you should look for some "external" software

Define new action, action = gesture you want, command = select hotkey you want, in-game assign selected hotkey with first item slot

in the match, when I move my mouse while pressing left button, for example,moving from left towards right,then the first item will be used. if it is a bottle or dust, it will be used directly. besides, form right to left or from top to bottom will also use the items.
but i found no settings about the mouse gestures which will use items.
could someone help me?
