Sorry dude, but as long there are people ragequitting in 6-7k games every other game, cuz they missed 3 CS / they got outplayed into FirstBlood / they have anger management issues and this way the games you think would be decent become a fucking shitshow, frankly nobody cares about your issue of having feeders.
The fact is, less games are quit by 2-3-4k people than by anyone above. Also you have more chance to win a game 4v5. Just train yourself to not give a single fuck about others. The only person that matters is you. In the course of a 100 games, the number of feeders will even out anyway. The only thing that fucks us up is the human brain, cuz average people aren't able to think upon such a huge scale (100+ hrs) -> which results in griefing, throwing, bad mannerism, genuine dipshit plays as soon as we feel we are in a losing streak.
Why would that be pathetic. Some people are just plain casuals, mind you 80% of the community sits in normal level. That's why it's normal level. The only thing that's pathetic is when someone is normal level after all that time and still flames everything and everyone around him/her.

i was looking for an answer , a solution but ppl in 80% dota 2 community just like to be assholes .
anyway i find the solution 75% times ppl rage quit in my team cuz they get ganked mulitpu times by enemy roamer or ganker or mider.
help your team when ganked by 1 tp (even as pos 1) and most of times make your team stay more calm.(or pick sb and u gank them,even better)
buy still can't find a solution for ppl who feed after they diving.
