Edit: Swashbuckle is the ability's name in case you have the skill hotkeyed to something else

javelin provide a lot of dmg and can build into mkb in the late game if you ever got that. My pango build is basher maelstorm javelin x2 arcane boots

One javelin is mandatory for the 100 proc damage
Two javelins is situational depending if you go Basher or building a MKB
Three javelins you're fucking retarded and it's impossible you got a positive winrate.

Overall you should most of the time roll one javelin for basher and maybe another for damage.

my friend just go yolo 3-4 javelins on this hero and dagger and somehow winning most of the games
he's just too good at rolling

does it matter what you buy on this hero?

Let's say you start with 3 javelins and you turn one into basher and another 2into Mkb. Then you buy 2 more javelins.

You need at least 2 Javelins as core to farm, the more the merrier.
I would stop at 3 since MKB and Basher/Abyssal procs can't stack.
Add a Blink Dagger and the rest is situational
