                      If you can go to the gym, almost every "pull" exercise would help, and off course deadlift. If you can't go to the gym, buy a handgrip and instead of doing a lot of repetitions just try to press and mantain closed as muchs as possible, repeat a few times. and you can buy rubber bands, cover your fingers with them and try to expand your finger, It doesn't improve your grip, but strenghten your fingers and its great for mobility and wrist strenght.

                          First of all go fuck urself, we r natural enemies.
                          Secondly, thats basic stuff im aware of. I cant lift weight standing due to an old trauma which limits me quite a bit.

                                                                waterpolo is probably one of the hardest sports you can do, and the one that will give you no issues with joints etc since you're in the water, pretty good.

                                                                We have a couple water polo teams in my area, I was always jealous of the dudes bodies but that stuff is way too hard for me
