is the PA using blur? the PA is using blur to disengage it sounds like. if the PA is low HP when he used blur, try ulting on the spot he went invis on.

we both played mid and i cant hit him or use skill on him
Hahaha That's fucking sad bro, It happens to me until now and I really had no Idea how to fix this one.
But mine is just on PA and Tiny
u have quick cast enabled on your skill. disable it cause if u are not used to play quickcast and u click when using skill u just click enemy unit.

Finally i fixed this, it is caused because of architecture windows 32 bits,the solution is change it to 64 bits , see you later guys.

i played against PA and i used OD
and the problem is that whenever i use skill or attack him it says no target.
i cant even see his items because i cant click him
