That's not very straight forward. What you can do is see if you have a stand out game on one of your best heroes. If you have a really stand out game on one of your best heroes it may be good enough to be in the "Top Performances" section. It will say what skill bracket the game was rated. Almost all are Diamond with a few Platinum. To see those you go to Heroes at the top and then pick the hero of your choice, then select "Top Performances".
Or if you are one of the best in the entire world on a particular hero you can check the top50 lists under "Player Rankings" and see the specific score for that hero.
