No, its with the pc, dota 2 is a heavy game, and tends to be rly taking too much effort from the pc, so if it got very small problem the game tends to stuck, I am sure of this because, I play in a cyber net cafe, all pcs r the same brand, same age, but its just some of them r fucked up, and tend to get u a heart attack whenever u decide to play on it
I have a good pc with max settings on dota 2,i also I have a good internet (30 ms) my game is crashing when im watching replay too or live game :(
