He's not really 'buffed'.
They took something away from him and gave him something else.
He's not really any better or worse than before, just situationally different.
Now you just build dmg items instead of tanky items.
His spears are pretty strong though.
They had to make the change, he was too strong before but died too much.
Now he's immortal but he doesn't deal that much damage.
He's like any other carry, don't feed him or you'll get analed.
He is not a carry IMO. He is strong from early game. He has a unique role: Rambo.
As OP said: just get a Ghost Scepter, then an Aghanim Scepter and you are really hard to stop.
Don't let the game last too long.
He still gets destroyed late game by any hard carry, his magic immunity is good only during mid game. And if you don't make use of it, you'll just lose the game.

Yes yes, I realize this isn't the place to complain about hero buffs, but seriously? The hero is ridiculous now, all he has to do is get 2 or 3 kills early game and then he can buy a ghost scepter and carry teams alone. I'm surprised his winrate since the new patch is only 47.50%, this is just stupid
