mirana is an incredibly versatile hero that can play multiple roles, be played in any lane, and be played as a solo safe, solo suicide, tril-lane safe or aggressive tri-lane, or can mid. She can support, ganker or play carry.
she takes more skill to play than most heroes, but if you are good at playing her, she will rarely ruin a teams composition in public match making.
seems to me for a good mirana player, its a safe pick without having to wait for the rest of the team to pick in AP.

free smoke ganks and pubs generally don't buy sentries for mirana's ult, they forget that she's got an invis granting skill compared to the typical wind walk stuff.
who cares, half of them suck at arrowing. also if you 1st pick her in AP prepare for this enemy heroes: rubick,bloodcyka,lion,nyx,dk
Mirana ult so beast. also, like concede said, she can be picked and be used in pretty much in any situation/role/lane.
Mirana and windrunner are my two go-to heroes when I'm alt tabbed and it's 0:00 at hero pick and I have no idea what lanes are like.
Mirana is only as effective as the players on the other team allow her to be. Nothing cancerous or OP about Mirana.
well... it is indeed a safepick, its an incredible versatile hero and is also fun to play..
there are so many noobs though..they think they are good but suck, they think it is the alternative to pudge and they are right but you need immense skill compared to it

Some kind of a weird trend has come that made popularity of mirana and Crystal maiden very high recently.

And CM has become 6th most played hero , when last month she was probably #20 or more.
Yea I really hate her too. Mirana is probably one of the few heroes who can switch from support to carry. Also devastating to team that don't push as five. Once she goes manta/diffusal just kiss support heroes goodbye.
