Mouse pointer is tiny in 1680x1050 resolution. Is there any way to enlarge the mouse pointer without changing the resolution?

There is a series of bitmap files and those can be replaced/enhanced. There is a console command i used in CSGO to make the cross hair bigger but I will have to look for it.
