You have fake mmr due to playing es everytime, you can't impact the game enough with others heroes.
A place, where you could hide from feeders does not exist. You get them in every mmr range obviously, some people's mmr is so overrated, that it hurts. I had bad luck (or bad karma) last few games and 2-3 feeders with 0-10 pretty much every game. I think it has to do something with Law of atraction and bad energy we give out when we're pissed of and thinking of bad players. If you continue playing like that, you'll get even more of them - rather take a break.

Well played! You have mastered Earth Spirit so well that you reached 5k MMR... now, do you wish to continue to try to lift your Earth Spirit play to the 6k level? Or would you rather play other heroes. Caution! You are nowhere near as good at other heroes. Playing them will cause you to lose MMR until you reach your MMR level on that hero. After you have lost some amount of MMR you will reach the level where you can... perhaps win lots of games as Nature's Prophet? It's like dota 2 has become a whole new adventure now that you are trying to master a new hero. Can you get good enough at the new hero to hold 5k MMR and carry all the feeders? Only time will tell.
Personally I like to keep MMR reasonably low so I can play a large variety of hero and still win sometimes. I like to random heroes. But that's not how you master a hero. That's not how you become excellent. Do to that you have to play the same hero over and over and over again. Do what you like.
As for the original question of the thread... No of course 5k MMR is not enough to not get somebody failing miserably on your team. In fact that's the opposite direction to go if you want stronger allies and weaker enemies. If you want your team to better than the other team then you need to aim for low MMR... very low. At 1 MMR your team is certain to be better than the other team every single game.
Super high MMR on the other hand means you have to carry the game even harder than before against excellent opponents with feeders for allies. That's what the higher levels of MMR get you. Enjoy your prize!

i played like 150 furion games in my first 400 games and i never played dota 1 so the result is speaking for itself

I disagree a bit with Vaikiss. I think a player as excellent as Vaikiss can carry one, probably two feeders. I think 3 feeders however is where it gets really hard to win. You can avoid having 3 feeders by queing with 3 people... but in solo que its not possible to avoid 3 feeder games.
If however you mean an intentional feeder, then yes the game is pretty much lost. I've seen very few games won 6 v 4.
You got to 5k mmr in the first place by abusing ES, congrats. Your real skill level probably isn't even above 4.3k mmr at best rofl
i meant solo que games where u que in against stacks as solo with 4 solos in ur team and then ur mid and carry or offlaner feeds
those games are impossible to win most of my slark games with 30+ kills are lost due games like that
Vaikiss is quite good, he solo queues most of his matches so his stats are legit compared to some of the people that 5 man stack to get the same stats as him

those are just 2 examples, you can basically check any game i dont have es
and its not cos i suck without es, went 3 0 3 mid and clinkz got killed 5 times while i was even ganking his lane (even was brown, all soloq)
