Usually I am a promotor of other peoples work and will suggest you watch their games but on this one I will show you a bit of my own. I play Mirana as a roamer about 70% of the time and I would suggest the following.

it's good if your team can carry, but theres no point in roaming if your entire team is shit. you should just focus on farming, not dying and using your ult when the team needs it, get some items and right click to win

I just use arrow to stun, and maybe her starfall is more reliable to kill. But if i never miss an arrow maybe i will max arrow first. Dat stun and damage

Important part of playing Roaming Mirana is to not build carry items because you got some kills. It'll hurt you later, cause when you're roaming you're playing a support role. Might also be playing offlane if it's impossible for you to stay in that lane.

Build items like: Urns, Mek, Forcestaff, Heavens Halberd, Blink, Pipe, Arcanes, Vlads etc.

However if you're very experienced with Mirana, you can play more greedy and have fun cause a good Mirana will with 100% of his games nevertheless of how bad your team mates are. > Dagon/Eblade.

Yeah, Chibix from scythe really good mirana. He do roaming in enemy jungle but still can farm (hero and creep)

max e for anti-ganked and raped. Also can do enemy chasing w/ low mana since i play mirana to roam everywhere

didnt even read your skill build, yeah you shouldn't max leap thats just bad. for roaming arrow > starfall > leap, normal build is starfall > arrow

fucking hate mirana and everything about her. even her voice acting is annoying. you picked a melee carry/very farm dependent? get harassed to death against mirana offlane that works because of incompetent supports.

trying to dodge an arrow mid? watch as the arrow warps because of high ground change and hits you. the hit box on that thing is immense. no penalty for trying, and the reward you get is too high. 5 man invis that can be used an escape and as a smoke, and since no one buys detection in pubs, fail ganks and get ganked. Can do literally everything. Has two escapes, a stun and two nukes. Can carry. Can support. Can Roam. Can offlane. Can mid. 845 magical damage nuking power with double starfall proc and point blank arrow.
(thats a finger of death ladies and gentleman).
Also, i just checked the wiki, and i don't know why but i thought that her ult only lasted for about 6-8 seconds. IT LASTS 15 SECONDS!

http://dotabuff.com/players/165877683 < my real acc. I played mostly roamer type of mirana. Max arrow and leap, during first day, gank with smoke, when night comes it becomes easier. Max leap after, lvl at 11. Bottle, aquila, arcane, then what you want ( dager, force, euls, drums, orchid etc )

MoC and Urn are awesome on her.
