Winrate doesnt mean shit. You could have 90% winrate but if all your wins are against 5 mmr retards, youre a retard for somehow losing 10% of your games. If you win 50.01% of your 99999mmr games, youre amazing because you win the majority of your 99999mmr games.
no one knows the exact way MMR is determined we can all only assume but what wink is saying is that if u vs 1k mmr players and u win more then u lose vs them that only makes u better then 1k mmr players in other words winrate doesnt mean a whole lot it calculates alot of other things i think like KDA and XPM GPM or someshit idk but mmr is very accurate imo i have made 4 account 2 legit that ended up within 100 mmr of each other i made one where i sandboxed and team stacked and ended up 5.8k mmr and then i started playing legit and eventually fell back down to 4.6k mmr sooooooooo yer no point smurfing in all honesty
its finee, listen i had lke 75 winrate SOLO on smurf acc and i got matched with heavy retards the last 8 games, they got killed and they left, a good way to get a high mmr rating is to pick heroes that do high heroe dmg URSA slark bloodseeker etc, or high tower dmg Tinker rexar etc PS your LH and KDA also matter, give me your steam or skype and I will explain how this shit works
its about the level of skill mmr is fine, just the games need to be more balance i think, like 50-50%, if you remember on battle net playdota.eu insted of mmr you got psr and with 50-50% you would get 15 psr with 40-60% you will get 18 or so
I looked at the first few games of your smurf, and they kind of explain your mmr.
During the first few games on a new account valve looks at more then just wins and losses to decide where to place an account, in these few games your KDA, last hits, hero damage, kill participation %, and tower damage are all monitored. this is valves "anti smurf" system it is intended to prevent skilled players from making new accounts so they can ROFL stomp less skilled players. this is the same system that many smerfs abuse to get placed at a much higher mmr. during their first few games players will play in such a way that there are given a hidden mmr far higher then they disserve from there all they need to do is not loose too many games before they can calibrate there ranked mmr, and they will be given a higher mmr.
in your first few games you did not play in this way, in your first game you had only 68 LH, and less then 6k hero damage on ursa, in you second game you had only 8 LH, nearly no hero damage, and a bad KDA on clock. after valves anti smerf saw these games it likely placed you around mid 1k, where you proceeded to win more then half of your games since you are a 3k player. then when you calibrated your ranked mmr it just reveled your hidden mmr to you, which was higher then the hidden mmr that you had originally been given (since you won 60% of your games), but still very low.
Its all about Who you win against and how you do it. Basically if you fail first 5 games you get low and if you OWN you get 5k after 5 games.

I went 5-5 in calibration on this account and got 4380 but lost my last 5 in a row lol
This 4200-4300 range has some major toxicity, people griefing, flaming at 900wpm, and AFKing in well and shit almost every match it feels like.
imagine you win 5 games in a row
then, matchmaking puts you against decent players
then you lose.
then you're back to scrub tier and win 5 more games
you have won 10 out of 11 games but your MMR sucks nonetheless
Well you make a new account just for mmr. You have to win high skill level games to get a decent calibration mmr. You can find out what skill level the game was at the end of the match from your opponents and enemy teammates, ur mmr at that time would be TBH.
Of the 60% ranked games you won, they were all 1800mmr skill level games. The ones you loss were probably 2000mmr. Hence why you serve to be 1800.
Win rate doesn't mean shiet when it comes it mmr. Winrate includes your normal games and ranked matches, abandons.

you probably have even less on your main.
i played on my friend's 1.8k mmr account some games and i tell you those games are a joke, i can carry with disruptor and crystal maiden there. people have no idea what heroes do, they have no idea where they have to be and don't even get me started on farming.
if you calibrated at 1.6k and you are 3k you should win like 90% of your games sooooo easy up until maybe 2.6-2.9k.
