If you want team play you need to have a team. 5 random people really can't be a team.
Even if you get matched with people who know how to play dota, and know how to play their heroes...they can't be a team. Even if those same 5 people might have some real teamwork after 10 games of playing together, they are not going to have it the first game. Its just not realistic to expect people to work well together immediately in any endeavor.
Well that's a shame. I just feel the other teams tend to have some semblance of order, and just gel. I try to keep positive and offer suggestions, but after a few games of the same routine it gets so hard to not rage. Especially when you're insulted over any advice or direction you offer.
I feel like there are other people who are far better when on pub teams and I mainly want to know what I can do to achieve the same. I lost 4 in a row today, and each match (save one) the other team felt organized and at the very least on the same page.
If they can do it, why am I finding it so hard?

Seriously, I keep getting in games where no one does what they need to win. I try to offer advice, and am just met with insults.
I just don't understand. Am I the reason we lost? Cause I'm starting to feel like I'm not, and I know that's a loser mentality (Obviously I contributed win or loss.)
