Well, a wisp is a very desired hero in the competitive scene. Its not that easy to use it to its full potential in a pub game though, mostly because it requires a lot of communication between players. On paper, a combo with a wisp allows infinite ganking and/or pretty much a global teamfight presence for both the wisp and someone else. What is more, if a wisp sticks to the carry all the time, the latter one can farm onthe lane/ in the jungle for as long as he wishes and still join the frey in an instant.
Everyone knows Na`Vi is one of the teams which can't handle a wisp properly
And Hvost is a bad player, only RETARDS thinks the opposite
These posts and replays only encourage solo que'rs to try wisp. I have tried, and learned the hard way long ago(no mic, my fault). GL and happy raging.

i never use wisp combos unless the dude im combo'ing with is connected thru skype or is right beside me
Idk why Na`Vi didn't try Wisp gay combos till now, funn1k and kuro can both play him well, but I think the issue is with hvost the tard
Ya maybe, but didn't see or remember a game were he won with him, I think there was a period were they went wisp every game, and failed miserably !!
Xboct is amazing. He does occasionally get overly aggressive but really the reason Navi is getting big losses to Liquid and Alliance with very bad kill scores and quick wins...well it because those teams are significantly more skilled. The strats Fluff picks for Liquid are things other teams cannot run because they require that you outplay the opponents to work.
Navi has some great players, they just are not the best in the world. They have not gotten worse than 2 years ago. Navi is actually stronger now then when they won TI 1. But the competition has caught up and passed them.
I'm sure you mean "inconsistent". But I don't think he is inconsistent. He just gets inconsistent results because he consistently takes risks. Some games they pay off, some they don't. Navi whole approach to the game is force you to prove you can hang with them. They set up chaotic fights believing they can still function but the other team will make mistakes. They are able to bait more convincingly because sometimes they feed.
But no one does that more than Loda. I see Loda move aggressively against a tri-lane when soloing as Void because his team is out of ward vision...really they are pulling, but the enemy doesn't know that so they run from him. It lets him take farm that he should not get since they think someone is there in fog. But really Loda has no backup.
All these player tendencies can make such a difference if they are known. EG have a far easier time against Liquid because they have played those same people for years. Its funny watching games between them because its like they all get maphacks. They know who is going to try what when.
