I've been playing DotA since the good ol' WC3 times, yet I've just started to play a bit more actively recently. One thing that grinds my gears though is the match making system and getting put into teams with people with seemingly no communication skills, game sense or understanding for constructive advice given in the middle of the game.
My friends are all drunks and/or married with kids etc, which means their failure in gaming makes the unavailable to join games when I'd thirst for some pwnage in this fine game. Do you guys know a good place for a guy like me to hook up with similar minded people and perhaps set up a team or two?
I'm available for games almost every day from 17:00 until 0:00, Friday and Saturday dedicated to drinking (or perhaps a few games while drinking beer! I'm flexible on this!), whole day Sunday.
I'm also quick to learn from my mistakes once people point them out and appreciate constructive criticism (such as "GTFO" and "UNINSTALL DOTA NUB"), and as I have the old roots from DotA 1 embedded into my subconscious I pick up on almost any hero quite quickly.
I'm flexible in my play. I can carry and support with quite even skill.
