Monkey King Bar is a counter to butterfly (or evasion), Daedalus is more damage but does not counter it. If you buff MKB it will be OP imo
OP plays 3 games, LoL, runescape and forum trolling. He's not making a serious suggestion.
These items are competitive to each other. Both are usefull, but in different cases. The thing that really needs to be nerfed is abyssal blade.
MKB requires nothing as the items in the game are close to perfect as far as balance is concerned.
Abyssal blade is a bitch to deal with but it is a really expensive item and carries will usually only up it after they have had basher awhile and have secured enough gold to justify 3800 over something else.
If a carry can justify spending that kind of cash it was probably over for you before then.

the item gets outplayed by daedalus. Something like
88 damage
25 attack speed
40% chance to stun a target for .1 seconds at 125 magical damage
