The mana burn seems a little bit op. Rather than the mana burn, why not a 2 second stun upon the hit along with the vendetta damage?
well.. we could reduce the costs to 2300
give it a 500 true dmg vendetta + 200 mana burn
on hit you go insta invisible again slowing the unit for 90% for about 10seconds.. if the hero is not dead with this, mini roshan spawns (mini roshan has burn aura for about twice as radiance) and follows the target for 12 seconds with 422 movementspeed.
Just make SB passively give Riki ulti. But it also gives the speed Clinkz invis gives and each hit you deal bonus damage like BH invis does. Mix of invis = perfect item.

They need to buff it so you cant be detected, and upon hit, u do vendetta damage + mana burn for 300. Mb up price by 150 for balance.
