anyways, the best heal in the game is chen's ulti, while the strongest reliable heal is omni's purification, and the best hero with heals is dazzle.
yeah undying CAN make ridiculous heals, but good luck with that when in the jungle, or enemy base, far from massive creepwave collisions
Undying's heal is unreliable. You don't pick undying for the heal. Dazzle and Chen are by far the most reliable.
Omni is a little tricky because he requires better positioning due to the fact that he's a melee support. You have to weigh the costs whether to actually heal an ally that needs the heal the most in a team fight or concentrate damaging the enemy.

Last time I checked my records table, there were Dazzle with 12,7k healing in 36 minutes match.
How does UD heal 750hp, thats 750/25 = 30 isnt the cap 20 units ?
Also the best ones are the ones with great heals themselves and with meka and/or agha
Abbadon, Kotl, Dazzle, Treamt and Chen are among the best as supports
Abba has so many heals b/c low CD and can do the closest thing to a medic's overcharge with his shield

Dazzle because it's multiple targets and low CD. Most reliable one is Abaddon though, because of short CD and long range on the heal, and the short CD and disable removal on the shield.

First thought was chen/omni
but after significant gameplay,
Undying can heal 750 in 1 game tick, under the right circumstances, thats pretty gnarly.
Me personally, i like chen and undying.
Clutch sendbacks and mek/ulti's to turn teamfights and save people gets my epeen going.
but yeah, 750 heal in 1 game tick is pretty rediculous
