I tested my problem and it does not occur on US West, it only occurs on US East.
Although, I get 150 ping to US West and 50 to US East so obviously I want to play on US East.
I am getting what looks like frame skipping, but it is not caused by FPS. It seems that my updaterate (cl_updaterate) is fluctuating between 20-25, while my cl_cmdrate is staying at a constant 30. I've tried lowering my cmdrate as well as adjusting my interp ratio and interp settings. Nothing seems to fix the problem. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this? It started happening last night around 12 at night and has continued through today. I've restarted pc/modem/changed settings etc, I'm lost.
