Same problem here. Not having any success at all the whole day. Playing on EU-West. What the fuck is wrong with the people? Is it b/c of the spring break/holidays?
I do agree that a very small % of win/lose is decided by picks more on the play. Granted you can really bone yourself by picking bad but if you play to your hero limits and group where you need to most games are easy.
bad picks are less of a problem than bad lanes and organizing farm priority

no they dont, in pubs as long as you actually have a objective you can make almost any combination of 5 heroes work
